Assist in
Residents’ Exercise Sessions
e.g. assisting residents during their daily exercise sessions
and interact with residents suffering from dementia especially in
the morning sessions.

Organising indoor/ outdoor activities
Help to organise activities for residents. This would be suitable
for volunteers who prefer to volunteer on a project rather than
regular day-to-day basis. e.g. organise indoor activities for
residents on an adhoc basis

General administration
eg. admin support, reception services |

Fund-raising
eg. assist in fund-raising events or functions |

Professional advice/ services
eg. doctor, lawyer, nurse, physiotherapist, religious

Community Involvement Programmes
eg. conduct group tours of the Home for students and corporate
visitors

eg. electrical, carpentry, gardening

IT support
eg. web-site design & maintenance, database creation, etc

Conduct basic orientation and training
sessions for volunteers.

eg. assist with photo-taking during activities and help manage
and run photo library

e.g. writing articles pertaining to activities and programmes of
the Home for quarterly HospiceLink publications or website.
